Where does the data come from?

DLD's public transactions register, the RERA escrow database, and weekly direct queries against developer announcements. The methodology document explains exactly how the developer score is calculated. The dataset is updated hourly.

No. WealthIQ connects you to vetted, RERA-registered agents — but does not act as a broker and takes zero commissions on any property transaction. Agents are vetted and pay a subscription to be listed; that is how we keep the directory trustworthy.

What if a project is missing from your index?

Accepted Answer

If it has been registered with the DLD, it appears within 24 hours. If you cannot find it, the project may be unregistered, in which case the recommendation is to walk away.
